Please note: I am only available to work with folks who have estimated due dates November-April (plus a limited number of May 2026 dates).

I encourage you to inquire about your guess date for a complementary initial consultation to see if we are a good fit. Once you hire me, here are all the ways I’ll support you and your birthing team.

The Rooted Package

Steady, unbiased support to feel informed, held, and
confident throughout pregnancy & birth.

What is included?

Prenatal

  • 2 prenatal visits, virtual and/or in-home, to discuss birth preferences, evidence-based resources, and practice hands-on comfort measures

  • assistance with building your birth letter/preferences

  • unlimited text + email support throughout the prenatal time

Birth

  • on-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby is born

  • continuous support during the birthing time, through shift changes and provider pop-ins

  • remain with you 1-2 hours after baby is born to help you get settled

  • optional photos, unedited, with your device or mine

  • backup doula on-call

Postpartum

  • 1 postpartum visit, virtually or in-home, to process the birth, share resources, give referrals, and whatever else you are looking for support with

Cost: $1200

The Momentum Package

Everything from the Rooted package, plus an intentional
movement plan, to prepare your body & baby for birth.

What is included?

Prenatal

  • Body Ready Method® assessment & movement plan, with regular movement check-ins throughout pregnancy

  • 2 prenatal visits, virtual and/or in-home, to discuss birth preferences, evidence-based resources, and practice hands-on comfort measures

  • assistance with building your birth letter/preferences

  • unlimited text + email support throughout the prenatal time

Birth

  • on-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby is born

  • continuous support during the birthing time, through shift changes and provider pop-ins

  • remain with you 1-2 hours after baby is born to help you get settled
